We Have Experience.

I am a handyman/I was a general contractor for over 15 years and have moved to doing smaller projects that don’t require a contractors license. I am a small business owner and am a privately owned company. I’m prior military and proudly served in the USAF and USN, honorably discharged in both services. After leaving the military service, I began my journey in life working in the medical field (both as a C.N.A. and in maintenance), and worked for a maintenance and repair company for many years, while also working with a local property management company. I developed a love for variety that a handyman service offers, started my own business, and later obtained my general contractor license in California. We try to excel in great workmanship in every task, no matter how small the task.

Make things new.

It all begins with I need someone handy! Well, give us a call! Our services range from DIY, to skilled labor. Whether it’s plumbing, electrical, carpentry and the list is endless. It all makes a difference who you call. I’d list the items I’m experienced in, but sometimes it’s easier to tell you what services I don’t do. Either way, give us a call for a free estimate on repairs. Check out our pages here. I’ll publish some of the completed projects so you get a feel of what services I provided. Also we always pick up after ourselves. Hopefully we leave it better then we found it.

Full service handyman service

Our goal is to help you maintain your home in the best condition as possible. We are a full service repair and maintenance company. We do all the work in house, I don’t have any sub contractors. I have the skills in all trades, but just recently stopped serving in some of those trades due to health limitations. We have several contractors who we trust and can refer to you. Our reputation and long lasting satisfied customers, we attest to our attention to detail, clear communication, honesty, and reliability.

It all begins with a phone call to us. We’ll schedule to come to your home and see what you need repaired. We also receive emails with a list of items that need repair, those come from our realtor contacts. They usually have an inspection list from a home inspection. We can review the request for repairs and notify you of the items that are in our scope of work, and give you a detailed proposal with costs of labor and materials costs. Then upon approval of the proposal, after your review and approval, we will schedule a time to make the needed repairs. Often customers leave a lock box or make a key available for work to be completed in a timely manner with professional workmanship. Or if you can be there while we work, that’s ok too. We pride ourselves with integrity, professionalism and reliability. If we can’t accomplish the work requested, we have several other contractors that can, we only refer those we trust and who we would have work in our home
