I’m hoping this new year to practice more and learn more. I want to learn better composition, take my time and not rush! I need to learn more about lighting, different lens and their use, and lastly I’m feeling comfortable flying my drone and doing the photography at the same time. As you see, I do a lot of flying over water. I love our coastal area and capturing the beauty.

Do I need to take a test with the FAA ?
Short answer, Yes. Almost everyone now needs to. recreational or non rec.

Can I fly my drone anywhere ?
Short answer, NO….. download flight APPs ie. ALOFT, B4Ufly, there are several. They can show you where FAA is allowable to fly, and NOT fly.
